We have a mixture of 22 units ranging from one bed flats to three bedroomed houses on offer along with a large Common House and shared outside spaces. Purchasers will buy their unit on a leasehold. Work on leaseholds was done in consultation with Wrigleys, a legal firm specialising in work with cohousing and cooperative projects.
Part of the purchase price covers a share of the Common House and all shared areas such as growing space and play areas.
There is a service charge to cover various shared costs of maintaining and developing the project. Up to date projections for service charges are available on application.
