Part of the purchase price covers a share of the Common House and all shared areas such as growing space and play areas.

There will be a service charge to cover various shared costs of maintaining and developing the project. Elements of this charge and the way it is shared out will be determined by members of the Company. Current projections for service charges are available on application.
